Hello Commanders,

Welcome to season 2 of Storm Tide! We are very excited for you to see what we have in store for you and your troops in season 2.

We have several exciting new developments regarding Storm Tide that I want you to know about.

1. New Game Developer -I am excited to announce our new Lead Developer for Storm Tide – Jon “Bushfacts” Bushman! If you haven’t heard Jon on one of the many podcasts we have had him on; Jon is the creator of the Legion ELO rankings, does a ton of statistics work for Legion and was an OG play-tester for Legion and other FFG games. I am really excited to have Jon join me on the Storm Tide adventure!
2. Season 2 for new players – If you are new to Storm Tide you can get in on the action starting in Season 2! Though you will have missed participating in the story for Season 1, you’ll be able to jump right in t the new season and get to playing! We will have a story recap and some some other pieces that will help catch you up and get you ready for the world of Storm Tide.
3. Season 2 Box 1 – We are working hard on get season 2 box 1 together and ready to ship. We are however anticipating a delay on when we send it out this month and may see it delayed until the very last day of February. I understand that for many of you this means we will have charged for Box 8 before you receive Box 1. I am sorry for this but I promise with the amount of stuff coming in box 1 it will more than make up for the delay.
4. The Fruits of your labor – As some you may have seen in season 1 box 6 we are starting to integrate the results of the previous missions that players have reported through the QR tags. Season 2 Box 1 will take that a step further. In box 7, there will be very real consequences to all the battles that have come before and those yet to come. This system will be a combination of actual product coming in your box and also digital on our website, to make sure the info is up to date. This can mean that just because something is true in Season 2 box 1 doesn’t mean it will remain that way in box 2.
5. Season 1 Now Fully Available – We now have season 1 fully available in our quarterly physical boxes but also we have released a Season 1 digital version as well! So anyone from around the world can enjoy Storm Tide Season 1!

Season 2 box 1 is our most ambitious box yet, not just from a game development standpoint but also through the amount of product and content we will be packing into it. Thank you for you support and I hope that you are enjoying Storm Tide as much as we are enjoying creating it!
