Hello Commanders,

I am writing to let you know that we believe now is the time to take a small pause on box releases for Storm Tide. Just a pause, not stopping.

We are looking to hold shipping of Season 2 Box 4 until this coming July. For those of you that have been charged- you are already paid for July.

For those of you not caught up to Season 2 Box 3, we will keep shipping until you are caught up.

Why now?

• The first reason is that based on feedback and the numbers we can see, several of you are extremely behind in missions! And that’s ok. We want to give you an opportunity to catch up.
• Next, supply chain has been a struggle for us lately. We have seen numerous delays and issues and would like to get a head of this so that we can deliver boxes on time.
• We are also looking to update our systems to be more streamlined and easier for you to use. We have had several issues with people placing subscriptions on hold or trying to contact us and need to work out those kinks.
• Finally, we are looking to make a better product and need some time to put in place dev time, design time and more to get this to the next level.

Thank you for your time and understanding on this! We are very excited for Season 2 Quarter 2 starting in July.
